Today, the Hon. Carla Qualtrough became the Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Accessibility. In this role she will continue to work to ensure the Government of Canada’s services and procurement processes are modern and efficient, while taking on additional responsibilities focused on removing barriers that prevent Canadians from fully participating in our communities and workplaces.
Minister Qualtrough thanks the Prime Minister for his trust and support as she remains focused on stabilizing Phoenix, modernizing our procurement processes and leading efforts around accessibility.
While Carla is delighted to be taking on additional responsibilities to advocate for a more accessible Canada, she remains committed to serving her constituents back home in Delta.
